Architected a devloped a call processing application which allows users to get meaning-full insights from the call recordings and helps in monitoring the call quality and performance of the agents.

- ▶Implemented real-time call analytics and reporting features.

Built an LLM powered RAG application that allows users to query there documents and get answers in real-time
- ▶Improved the architecture of the application which helped in reducing the response data loss and improved the performance of the application
- ▶Built a custom authentication and authorization microservice which supports multiple organizations and applications in one place
